New York Bicycling Coalition - NYBC's mission is to provide a coherent, credible voice for the interests of all bicyclists in the state, on- or off-road, recreational or racer. We achieve this by working with existing cycling clubs in New York and interested individuals. Known as a Countryside Exchange, the program is being guided through a partnership with the Glynwood Center of Cold Spring, New York and a Local Organizing Committee (LOC) comprised of residents, historians, conservationists, recreationists, planners and others interested in the Mohawk's future.
